A 3-minute wind-down ritual you'll actually do

Every self-care article you've ever read tells you to do more. More steps. More products. More time.

This isn't that.

The 3-minute ritual

Minute 1. Phone face down. Lights at 30%. Pick up the Glow Massager. Hold the button for 2 seconds until it warms.

Minute 2. Slow circles. Hairline to crown, then crown to nape. Breathe through your nose. Don't think about anything in particular.

Minute 3. Switch to the Wind-Down Brush. Long strokes from root to tip. End with one full breath — in for four, out for six.

That's it.

Why this works (and 30-step routines don't)

The ritual that survives isn't the one that's optimal — it's the one that's actually doable when you're tired. 30 steps at 6am is a fantasy. 3 minutes at 10pm is a habit.

The science term for this is “minimum effective dose.” The beauty industry calls it “not enough product to sell you.”

Adapt it to you

Some nights you'll skip minute three. Some nights you'll add five minutes of reading at the end. The ritual is a starting point, not a religion.

The only rule: it has to be small enough that you actually do it.
