Ordering & shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Every order ships within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard US shipping arrives in 3–7 business days via USPS Ground. Express (2–3 days) available at checkout.
When is shipping free?
Free US shipping on orders over $40. Otherwise $4.95 flat for Standard, $9.95 for Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship to the United States only. International is on the roadmap.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email automatically as soon as your order ships. Track at usps.com or via the link in the email.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, no questions asked. The product must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used scalp tools cannot be returned unless defective.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@lateglowbeauty.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
Do you accept exchanges?
Not directly — to swap a product, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is usually faster than waiting for an exchange.
How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days to your original payment method after we receive the return. PayPal and Apple Pay are usually faster (3–7 days).
Product care & use
Is the Glow Massager waterproof?
IPX7-rated — fully shower-safe. Great with scalp oil or pre-shampoo treatments. Don't submerge it fully, but a rinse-down is fine.
How long does the battery last?
Around 30 days of nightly use per full charge. USB-C charging takes about 90 minutes from empty to full.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes — the medical-grade silicone is non-snagging and won't strip color. Many of our customers use it specifically after color appointments.
Will I see hair growth?
We don't claim hair growth — that's an FDA-regulated claim and we won't make it without the study to back it up. What we will say: most people notice softer hair and a calmer scalp within 2–3 weeks of daily use, and the ritual itself is part of the value.
How often should I use it?
Daily use is safe. 2–3 minutes is the sweet spot. Longer is fine but unnecessary.
About the brand
Are products cruelty-free?
Yes. Cruelty-free certified. Never tested on animals.
Is the packaging sustainable?
Recyclable cardboard. Linen drawstring pouch (compostable). No plastic where we can avoid it. We're not perfect — we're working on it.
Where are your products made?
Designed in-house. Manufactured in vetted small-batch facilities. We work with suppliers that meet our material and labor standards.
Do you have a warranty?
One-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every tool. If something stops working as it should within the first year, email us — we'll replace it.
Payment & checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. Shop Pay also supports installments (Pay in 4) on orders over a minimum threshold.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never see or store your full payment details.
