Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on adding international shipping soon.

Shipping methods & rates

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Free shipping

Orders over $40 ship free via USPS Ground within the US.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email when shipped. Track in real time at usps.com.

Delivery issues

• Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to addresses you submitted incorrectly.
• Lost packages: if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, see our Refund Policy for next steps.
• Delays: shipping carriers occasionally experience delays during holidays or weather events. We monitor every shipment and will reach out if there is a significant problem.

Packaging

We package every order in recyclable or compostable materials whenever possible. We avoid plastic when we can.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
