We want you to love your Late Glow tools. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

30-day returns

You can return any unused product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping).

How to start a return

1. Email hello@lateglowbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, used scalp/hair tools cannot be returned unless defective
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To swap a product, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Refund timing

• Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days after we process the refund
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Shop Pay / Apple Pay: 3-7 business days

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us immediately. We process orders quickly — once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you will need to follow the return process above).

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking says "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local mail carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
