How does it actually work?

Gentle vibration + soft warmth applied to the scalp stimulates blood flow and helps loosen tension. The medical-grade silicone nubs are designed to be soothing, not scratchy. 2–3 minutes a night is the sweet spot — longer is fine but unnecessary.

Will I see results?
